Motion analysis Although the movement of the sand breaker and the crusher is relatively complex, for the unibody inertia vibration equipment, the vertical motion of the body satisfies the simple harmonic vibration motion equation. 1) Vibration motor provides excitation source of simple harmonic vibration system.
When the mold (with or without sand box) is cast up, and then falls and collides with the grid, the sand box is separated from the sand mold, and the casting is separated from the cast mold. After the sand type is broken, it falls to the vibration conveyor or the sand belt through the grid hole. The falling sand frame is the main structure of the equipment, and the main problem of the vibration equipment is the rigidity of the reference body. Therefore, the structure design mainly considers the rigidity of the reference body, and the aging treatment must be carried out before the frame is processed. If the vibration of the motor is not aging, the vibration itself is a stress release process.

3) The spring stiffness is mainly selected according to the vibration working area and amplitude of the equipment. Here, the sand dropping machine is selected to work in the far resonance area. The characteristics of this working area are as follows:

The spring stiffness is small, the vibration mass is large, the spring is not easy to break, the force passed to the foundation is small, the foundation design is simple, and the influence on the workshop is small.

4) The sand mass (block) of the crushing body after the falling sand frame body enters the crushing body ≤ 45mm. Due to the directional vibration of the crushing body, the sand block impinges, rolls and vibrates in the crusher body to make the sand block broken, and through the friction between the sand blocks, the adhesive film on the surface of the sand can be removed; After crushing, the sand particles fall from the crushing floor into the sending tank, while the large particles are sifted out into the miscellaneous bucket. The crushing body material is welded by 16Mn steel plate.
5) Materials that cannot be broken when the access door passes through the crushing body, such as firebrick blocks, iron blocks and grass ropes, are discharged by the miscellaneous cleaning door at the back of the crushing basket.
