Y41 series belt feeder
This series of belt feeders are mainly used for feeding materials such as new sand, molding sand and treated used sand in foundry workshops. It is not suitable for materials with large lumps, iron impurities and high abrasiveness.
The feeding capacity of the machine is large, it is convenient to adjust the feeding amount, and it can also be quantitatively fed under the control of the time relay. According to the feeding direction, the machine can be divided into one-way feeding and two-way feeding; according to the installation method, it can be divided into hanging type and seat type. In order to ensure the accuracy of feeding, the active roller is covered with glue to increase the friction coefficient between the tape and the active roller. The size of the rectangular discharge opening of the silo is large, and the material is not easy to arch. The machine is compact in structure and reliable in use. It has many common parts with belt conveyors, so it is easy to maintain.
When in use, in order to reduce the pressure of the material in the silo on the feeder, a decompression plate should be installed at the outlet of the silo.
