FTB Boiling cooling bed
Uses: This series of equipment is mainly used for cooling and film removal of regenerated resin sand and hot sand covered with iron mold sand.
Features: While cooling and removing film, this series of equipment also has the functions of removing metal particles, removing micro-powder film debris, etc. It is widely used in large and medium-sized resin sand production lines.
This series of equipment is a continuous cooler. After the loose old sand enters the fluidized bed, it is in a boiling state under the action of strong blowing by a high-pressure fan. Under the action of strong exhaust air and cooling water, the old sand can be fully cooled to remove the film.
