S5211 series centrifugal rotor regenerator
Uses: This machine is mainly used for the regeneration of used resin sand in foundry workshops. It has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable use, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption and good regeneration effect. Features:
The machine can be composed of several units with the same structure connected in series along the vertical direction. The purified and granulated sand falls from the receiving hopper to the feeding tray, and then falls evenly into the rotary disc. Under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating rotary disc, the sand is thrown to the fixed ring at a speed of 30~40m/s bezel. The high-speed sand flow hits the baffle and rotates along its inner wall, causing impact and friction between the sand grains and between the sand grains and the baffle, and then falls into the receiving hopper of the next unit. After several cycles in this way, the resin film gradually falls off to achieve the purpose of regeneration. The high-speed rotating wind blades make the inhaled air pass through the falling sand flow at high speed, carry away the dust and discharge it into the dust collector from the top.
